ISLAMABAD Mike Alstott Womens Jersey , June 8 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's national cricket team on Monday night left for Sri Lanka to play Test and limited series against the host team starting later this month, officials said.
The official from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said the 15- member Test team led by captain Misbah ul Haq will play three Test matches against Sri Lanka starting June 17.
Last week, the PCB announced the team by axing world famous top player Saeed Ajmal for poor performance against Bangladesh. The PCB selection committee also appointed Azhar Ali, the skipper of the One-day International team Noah Spence Womens Jersey , as the deputy to Misbah for the test series against Sri Lanka.
Pakistan team will also play a three-day practice match against Sri Lanka Cricket Board President's XI commencing June 11.
During the tour, Pakistan will play three Test matches, five One-day international and two Twenty-20 matches against the host's sides.
Vice captain of the team Azhar Ali said that he was hopeful about the tour to Sri Lanka after a 2-0 win in one day international (ODI) series against Zimbabwe at home.
