CANBERRA, Australia -- Wallabies flanker David Pocock will miss the rest of the Super 15 after undergoing left knee surgery on Wednesday for the second time in a year. Pocock was hurt in the ACT Brumbies 27-14 win over the Western Force on Saturday in Perth. He ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament, the same injury he suffered in the fourth round of the Super 15 last year. The first full knee reconstruction sidelined him from rugby for the rest of 2013. "Having worked so hard to get himself back to peak physical condition over the last 12 months its impossible not to feel for David," Brumbies director of rugby Laurie Fisher said in a statement on the team website. "What we must remember is that David is still young and will have more opportunities to play professional rugby in the future.
